Purpose: The Lighthouse Counseling Center, Inc. was founded in 1971 to provide an array of prevention and counseling services not available elsewhere in the area to children, adolescents and young adults. Currently, the agency offers an intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for adults, women, adolescents, those with co-occurring disorders, and persons at risk for HIV; crisis intervention services for victims of rape and sexual assault; housing for homeless persons with a substance abuse, and prevention services.

Mission: The mission of the Lighthouse Counseling Center, Inc., is the healing, restoration, and education of the people of our community to effectively and compassionately improve the quality of life for those we serve.
